Responsibilities include:
• Provide intensive pre- and post-sales technical consulting to prospective customers and channel partners
• Participating in customer meetings and calls
• Produce technical designs and presentations
• Presenting and answering technical specifications from customers about product implementation, and network/storage architecture
• Oversee the customer proposal process ensuring the solution and recommendations address all customer requirements.
